Mufflers Express

I had a very disappointing experience at Muffler Express. The customer service was rude from the moment we arrived. The employee acted like helping us was a burden and kept giving us unfriendly looks, making us feel unwelcome. We arrived at the time that they scheduled themselves, yet we still ended up waiting for over an hour without the work being started. There was no communication or apology for the delay, which was very unprofessional. After waiting long enough, my friend and I decided to leave and go to a nearby auto shop instead. They took care of us right away, completed the job correctly, and treated us with respect.

Very disappointed with the customer service. When we arrived, the employee told us, “Give me a minute,” so we waited. It took about 10 minutes before he even came over to check my car. After looking at it, he said the installation would take 30–40 minutes, then walked away without giving us any updates. We ended up waiting for over an hour while being completely ignored. We even waited another 10 minutes to see if he would come back and talk to us to do his job, but he never did. At that point, we decided to leave.dont reccomend to anyone

Worst service I’ve ever experienced. If you don’t speak Spanish, they basically ignore you. The owner told me to wait 40 minutes and come back. When I returned, he told me to wait another 20 minutes. After that, he suddenly said the workers needed a break and I had to wait another 30 minutes. Meanwhile he was just standing around talking with his friends and doing absolutely nothing. Completely disrespectful of customers’ time. All I needed was a simple fix — tightening a bolt on my exhaust so it wouldn’t move. He said it would take 30 minutes and then charged me $60 for it, which is ridiculous for such a basic job. The whole situation was just weird and extremely unprofessional. No organization, no respect for customers, and a complete waste of time. I would highly recommend avoiding this place.

We appreciate this muffler express shop as we drove from Portland Oregon to San Francisco with a broken muffler as we discovered the problem we are already 5 hrs out. We got to San Francisco at night time and following morning we googled up the closest muffler shop and we ended up with this awesome place. It took us less than 40 minutes for this young worker to repair our muffler. He is awesome, very helpful and very professional with his skills and great price as well!! Keep up your great work!!!

They did a great job fixing and fabricating the muffler and exhaust piping in my car at a very reasonable price. I walked in and was able to get it done in an hour. Recommended!
